From the President

Most all new presidents begin their annual message by thanking members for their vote of confidence, and state that they are proud to hold such a prestigious office.  I have searched my brain for some new and innovative message, but really could not come up with a different statement to express my pleasure of being elected as your president for 2008.  Simply stated, I thank you and I am proud to be the president of such a prestigious and outstanding organization.

If you would like to have more information about the IOBGA, talk about initiating a chapter in your area, becoming a member-at-large, if you are an individual visiting the IOBGA web-site for the first time, or are just browsing and are looking for information, contact me, and I will be more than delighted to answer your questions and discuss the IOBGA with you. I am readily accessible and look forward to working with you throughout the year.

I would also like to take this opportunity to welcome all new members, and state that we are pleased to see so many members expressing their confidence in the organization by renewing their membership.  To all of you - welcome aboard for the 2008 season.

Try to attend one of our Regional meetings if they are held in your area.  We want to meet you and get to know you.  The camaraderie offered by Blue Gavel and Auxiliary members is one of the greatest assets that can be found within any organization.
